All cats must be currently vaccinated against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. An up to date vaccination certificate will need to be produced on the cats first day of arrival.
Fleas / Worms
All cats must be treated for fleas and worms prior to their stay. If a cat is found to have fleas or worms whilst in our care then we will provide treatment and you as the owner will be charged on your return.
Please ensure any health/dietary requirements are declared at the time of booking. In the event of your cat/cats becoming ill at any time during their stay then they will be taken to our local veterinary surgery - Clifton Villa Vets in Newquay who provide a 24hr emergency care service.
We reserve the right to refuse admission of any cat arriving in a condition that would present a possible risk of infection to any other cats boarding.
Male cats over 9 months old will only be accepted if they have been neutered.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remainder Is due upon collection of your cat/cats from the cattery and should be made by cash/cheque or via BACS. Cancellations of up to 15 days prior to your booking result in the full amount payable.
Additional amounts may be be payable on arrival such as if you have booked the Family Cat Penthouse Suite and one or more of your cats will require medication or diabetes care.
We are happy to board cats from the same household in one pen but if we feel that the cats are stressed and unhappy then we reserve the right to separate them and an additional fee for a second or third pen will be incurred.
Owners leave cats at their own risk but please rest assured that every care and attention will be given to your cat/cats during their stay.
All cats boarding with us are covered for veterinary treatment for conditions developing whilst in our care. The owner will be liable for any costs incurred for pre-existing conditions.
